Peace of God rules in our hearts

The Ruler of a country will have a great influence on the people whom he rules. In the same way, that which rules our hearts makes all the difference to our lives.

There are times when we allow worry and anxiety to predominate in our hearts. A certain amount of anxiety is understandable when we are passing through a time of trial and trouble or even illness of our own or our loved ones, but if we allow the peace of God to rule in our hearts we shall be able to rest in Him and our lives will be tranquil and happy whatever circumstances arise.

Col. 3:15 And let the peace of God rule in your hearts, to the which also ye are called in one body; and be ye thankful.
